Ok,

Just in case there are any questions, the date has officially be set as the 15th, I'm having trouble with the webpage so I haven't updated the the official date there yet.

Now we need a head count so we can plan the events, tee times, and sleeping arrangements.

David is out, so it looks like we won't have those bunks available this year, but there still should be plenty of room for us die hard Uglies.

Personally, I'm going to be on a low budget this year, but should be able to accomodate whatever decisions we make as to overnights etc. as long as we don't get to extravagant. Also I'll call in the next few days and see if I can make a tee time for the Raven and we can figure out later if we're going to stay there or not. I'll also look into the deal we got last year for Chewy, as it was only a handfull of duckets more for the room and a round of golf, than for golf alone.

Anyway, head count please! we're less than 7 weeks away!

I thought your plan was to go to Chewy this year and play all rounds there? I'm think'n that's the best idea to date even if I am home. Doesn't look likely though as the next assignment won't begin until the end of June or mid-July.

I had a successful video chat with David last night. Saw his palatial digs on the boat and his beautiful face. He got to speak with my boys and see them. Video chat rocks.

Anyway, he says 15th is good for planning purposes. The 22nd didn't give him any better likelihood of being there. So, I'm thinking 15th is on. Now I just need to figure out if I can get up there.

15th sounds good. Need Dave to chime in, perhaps 22nd would work better for him.

Well Dave isn't sure if he's in or out, and Wes is in Alaska right now. I'm thinking the 15th but Wes has the final say.

Pill give him a call, and let me know what he says, he does check his voice mail when he can, even when he's up North.

Being about 12 weeks away, I'm starting to get my brain around heading back up there and getting psyched up.

Basic admin stuff:

Have we picked the week for sure? I suppose Saturday the 15th falls in line with traditional "3rd week of August". A little earlier than usual, but the next week takes us nearly to September, but I think I'm used to being there around the 24th..........but not on the 29th.......I know this is not helping. Any thoughts? Suppose Wes needs to chime in.

Dave still not sure he will be there, but judging from the golf scores he is telling me about, think he might find a way. I think the only one he ever missed was "1".

Chewey..........I imagine we are thinking about a night or two there. I'd be happy to take the ball on getting that set up. Just need some dates. Any other courses people would like to put on the list?
